She trains Alchemy level 3
She cures debuffs for a fee
She offers a quest to find her a pet. This places a special taming trap in your quest tab inventory that states "Rats, larvae, deers, and frogs are friendly animals. I should tame one for Roberta"
Place the trap like normal and catch one of the creatures in it. Bring the crate back to Roberta's house and right click to release the pet, then talk to Roberta.
